Refund/Exchange Policy for “Respectfully Bad Boutique”.
Refunds
“Respectfully Bad Boutique” has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that it was received; unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or “proof of purchase”. To start a return, you can contact us at respectfullybadboutique@gmail.com. You will be responsible for covering the cost of postage to send the merchandise back to us. We will provide you with instructions on how to and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, you may contact us at respectfullybadboutique@gmail.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your desired item(s) is to reach out to us at respectfullybadboutique@gmail.com. within 7 days of reception to request an exchange. You will be responsible for covering the cost cost of the postage to send the merchandise back to us to begin the exchange process. In the email to us regarding your exchange request, please be sure to include a clear description/ product information for the item you wish to receive the exchange for. If there is a price difference between the items, of lesser or greater value, you will either receive a refund for the difference if the requested item is of lesser value, or will be responsible for covering the difference in the event that the requested item is of greater value. Any refund will be issued to the original form of payment
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a resolution. Any damages due to user error are not subjected to a refund. User error includes, but is not limited to; damages done to item(s) while “trying on”, damages caused by mishandling, and any “accidental” damages done to the item(s) after removing from packaging.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as: custom products (special orders or personalized items), and “personal care items” (such as beauty products and undergarments). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item and if it is categorized as a “non-returnable item”. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any items categorized under “personal care items”
